Transfers of registration to anther person within an organization is permitted; however, it must be approved and changed by NAECE officials, thus please send an email to support@naece.com if you require an update to your registration. Cancellations of registration must be completed within twenty four hours of purchase, your registration will be refunded minus a $80 processing fee.

NAECE reserves the right to use photographs of attendees in promotional materials. During the event, attendees may take audio and video for personal use, any other media must be approved in advance.

NAECE assumes no liability for the acts of its suppliers nor for the safety of any person, the total cost of liability will be limited in all cases to a refund of fees paid to NAECE within one calendar year.

NAECE reserves the right to make changes to the program. NAECE officials will do their best to maintain conference location, speaker bookings, and presentation topics, but unanticipated complications could result in the substitution of location, speakers and presentation topics.
